I’m hired by a local studio to do various scenes over the next week. Vulcan is busy with his students as they’re getting ready for a showcase at the school for Halloween. That means we don’t get to see much of him throughout the week and are counting down the days until we can be together again.

Waking up with us all curled together on my bed Sunday morning was the single best day of my fucking life. Well, I mean right up there with meeting Orson. Hearing him tell me he loves me for the first time. Marrying him. News of our babies.

Hmm. I think I’m a sentimental sap, after all. Orson was right all along.

Even as all my men woke up, no one climbed out of bed right away, but we snuggled together. Even Wren, who isn’t really the cuddly sort. And Zvi, who has only really ever allowed me to touch him, was curled up in Orson’s arms. The look on my husband’s face was fucking glee that Zvi was there.

I thought, this is how it’s always supposed to be.

However, until we introduce Vulcan to our kids, that moment couldn’t last long. It felt wrong and awful sneaking him out of our house and driving him home. I found I was apologizing over and over again. He understood. He didn’t even appear upset about it. But I was.

And when I got home, I found we all were. It was not a feeling we wanted to repeat.

“It would be better to go to his house,” Wren said after a while. “There’s no sneaking around that way.”

When I suggested that to Vulcan, he agreed. That made us all feel better, and we made plans to spend next Friday night and most of Saturday with him while my parents were in town spoiling our kids.

Convenient timing.

So for the last few days, I found that more and more we began hinting at sex in conversations. Not just Vulcan and me, but also the rest of my men. That night with Vulcan seemed to unlock something inside us all, and suddenly there were new things we wanted to do.

But when we talked about it in greater detail, all the things we wanted to try, we wanted Vulcan with us.

To say I’m stupidly excited that they want Vulcan to be a part of everything we do is like saying that the ocean is wet. I just want to shout YES!

It’s Thursday and I’m still in bed. Tomorrow morning is the last part of my shoot with the studio, but I don’t need to be there today. So I’m in bed with my phone in my hand and Orson curled at my side as we wait for Vulcan’s reply. We know he’s slower to answer because he’s teaching his students today.

We’re patient. We are! But we also have some things we want to talk about with him. Sexy things that the four of us fantasized about for a long time last night. That means no more cute, flirty questions, but serious conversations.
